  • We will take care of handling inquiries, correspondence with potential clients in their language, timely confirmation of bookings and invoicing, notify clients of rental payment terms and methods and make sure that all necessary invoices are paid in full.

  • Providing clients with visa support if required.

  • Providing airport pick-up, transfer to the booked apartment or villa, assistance in settling in and briefing.

  • Taking a security deposit from the guests.

  • Problem solving during the stay - our Guest Service is available 24/7.

  • Arrival of our representative at the time of check-out, acceptance of the apartment or villa and return of the security deposit.

  • Providing and maintaining in your apartment or villa conditions for a comfortable and decent stay of guests: regular cleaning and change of linen and towels for all residents, quick fixing of possible problems, leaks, etc.

  • Timely payment of monthly payments on your behalf: for cable TV, Internet, telephone, light and water, cooling system, maintenance in the house, gardener and pool cleaning (in villas), etc.

  • Providing you with a full monthly statement of profits made and amounts paid on current accounts. The total amount will be transferred to the account you specify, less our commissions.
